Guardian Recovery added 17 admissions in 30 days.

A multi-state addiction treatment operator deployed DIAL3D's voice agent on their primary admit line. Within the first 90 days, after-hours coverage jumped to 100%, counselor admin time dropped by ~68 hours per week, and call-to-admit conversion lifted.

DIAL3D answered the 38% of calls our team couldn't get to. We added 17 admissions in our first month — and our admit counselors finally stopped working through lunch.

The problem

Guardian Recovery's admit line was missing inbound calls — concentrated after hours, during shift change, and at peak-volume windows. Patients calling at 11 p.m. or on weekends typically got voicemail and called the next treatment center on the list. The cost of those missed calls is measurable: each missed call is a probability-weighted lost admission.

The deployment

DIAL3D's voice agent went live on Guardian's admit line in 2025. Two business days from contract to first inbound call answered. The agent runs the same intake script Guardian's clinical leadership approved for human counselors. DIAL3D writes call outcomes and VOB results into Guardian's existing CRM.

The 30-day results

  • ++17 admissions added against a 90-day pre-deployment baseline of 62 admits per month.
  • +After-hours answer rate moved from 41% to 100%. Voicemail previously covered nights and weekends; DIAL3D now answers every inbound call.
  • +~68 hours per week of counselor admin time saved across a 9-person admit team after week three. Counselors stopped working through lunch.

Methodology: outcomes self-reported by Guardian Recovery's admit team. Baseline measured against the rolling 90-day average preceding deployment. "Admission" defined as a scheduled clinical intake confirmed in Kipu. Full methodology available under NDA.
